If you wanna get better at moving machines around, you'll make great progress

Just wait your turn at the squat rack already.

yes GOOD machines are superior because they provide constant tension through the whole range of motion unlike free weights and if they are designed properly allow a natural range of motion so you don't get injured.

the idiots on fit are from 3rd world countries and they think a machine is some marcy selectorized lat pulldown that was thrown away and exported to their landfill of a country.

first post best post

also machines are superior because you can push every rep as hard as you can without worrying about form breaking down under the load, you can focus all your mental and physical energy on moving the weight without any distraction. free weights are for turbo autists

>uses machines so he can focus intensely on an extremely narrow, specific task, introducing "distractions" like balance or form would "worry" him
>thinks we're the ones with autism

if your form breaks down it's distracting. you're insanely autistic to think anything else.
>>42854819
