I have a forward head posture from sitting at a computer too much. Also some fucking hip imbalance causing my hips to lean to the right and slight scoliosis.
What do?
I'd say the forward neck posture is probably the biggest problem as it looks like shit on photos taken by other people and it makes my jaw look less awesome than it is.
Try pulling your monitor or laptop closer to your eyes. I used to have the same problem so now I sit my monitor basically on the edge of the desk. My eyes are still close to the screen but I don't crane my neck as much. Don't know about the other shit

Neck curls. Train your fucking neck. It's helped me tremendously
