/fit/ i come to you with a dilemma. I weigh 195 lbs. and I am 6'2. My current macros are; Carbs: 158g, Fat: 27g, and Protein: 342g. My friend recently told me I am consuming too much protein, yet I have been making strength gains since I began this diet. Is my friend wrong?
