which weightlifting shoes do you recommend or which shoes do you wear doing squats?
until now i squat barefoot, but when putting something under my heel my upper body is more upright! but i always have the fear that the plates will slip away or something

Adipowers or Romaleos are good. They have an elevated heel, which is helpful if you have poor ankle mobility.
For people with good ankle mobility, lifting shoes actually don't help. They tend to throw you too far forward.
