>tfw after months of cardio, the last layer of fucking belly fat blocks your path to the glorious six pack
Please tell me I am not alone feeling this feel

2 years ago I did a one year cardio phase, 7,5-10 km "running" a day my average was 15km/h. Still had belly fat after that

Are you me OP?
>tfw used to be overweight
>do 1 and a half years of heavy cardio
>healthy weight and even figure now, but still have a disgusting layer of saggy fat and stretch marks around the belly

>7,510km a day at an average pace of 15km/h
>fat
sure thing buddy
This has happened to me whem I began my fitness regimen 3 years ago. I mainly started with cardio / calisthenics and lost close to 80 lb in the process
After many months of fine tuning I ended up with yuge calves, decent quads, a well developed back as a result of pullups and compounds, and beginning to see progress in showing abs after recentlt integrating ab isolations (hanging leg raise and russian twists)
we're all gonna make it bruh
>tfw you can lose fat pretty easily but as soon as ypu hget below 180 your body starts consuming muscle as well as fat.
