I lean forward when I squat, though my back is straight. If I don't I won't squat full depth. This is with small weights under heels already.
What do? The instructor just told me it's gotta be trained dude xD, but how? I already stretch before squats, I just have a shit range of movement in the ankles.
Define leaning forward. Do you shift your weight on your toes? Then it's a mobility issue.
Is your torso not vertical at the bottom of the squat? It's not supposed to be, unless it's a front skwaat

STRETCHING IS OFTEN NOT A MOBILITY EXERCISE - IN FACT IT OFTEN DOES THE OPPOSITE.
You say its ankles and Im sure it is but often its also a hip adductor problem.
Use the adductor/abductor machines and work up to 60kg or 80kg or w/e. Hopefully you will find 20kg or something low difficult - indicating a weakness and therefore the source of your problems.

No man I have strong ass hip muscles from martial arts kicking training. I just have limited dorsiflexion due to a feet defect/surgeries as a child.

Torso, and it's a back squat, but it's nearly horizontal when in the bottom position.

Practice going atg with no weight when you have some free time do it normal width, then when you're in the bottom shuffle your feet in them shuffle them out and wiggle back and forth and shit it really is something you have to workout. Also my dude I can't even afford food to eat I'll train you for 1/4 whatever you pay that guy lol

>squat full depth with no weight
>have a spotter push your shoulders back up so you're not leaning forward
>realize it was all in your head, ingrain new form through tons of repetition
>squat better from there on out
