What is, for someone who is skinny and bulking,a good food to eat? I need to eat 3300-3400 calories to get a bulk, so i need something that is calorie dense, cheap and easy to eat.

Listen. Two weeks ago I started at 155 being 6'4". I spent two years fucking around not really dieting so I know this game. I've gained 10 lbs in the past two weeks (3lbs muscle mass, 2.5 fat; started at 7 percent body fat so the fat is neccesary). Here's how. In the morning I eat a clif bar, 4 eggs and a cup (dry) of oatmeal. I snack on trail mix CONSTANTLY. At lunch I eat a full order of teriyaki chicken. By the way, keep your good salty whilst drinking 1.5-2 gallons of water a day, you want to get good pumps. When I'm home from work I drink a mass gainer shake with usually some eggs and toast if I can fit it. I eat 4 rice cakes and a clif bar before my workout at night. Post work out I eat a cup of Greek yogurt and a banana, just to hold me over till my sweet potato is done baking, which I eat with a steak. After dinner I'll eat a fiber bar so I'm not backed up the next day. Did I mention water? Drink a lot of fucking water.
