Hey fit, I've been doing wendler 5/3/1 for a couple of years now and have made solid gains
I can't help but feel like I don't really want to focus on strength anymore, but a combination of strength and aesthetics
I'm almost at 2/3/4/5 and I still want to progress, but I also want to maximize my aesthetics while still increasing ohp/bench/squat/deadlift
what's the right program for this?

I would just keep going with 531 if you like it and saw progress, maybe add more volume if you can do it comfortably. What template have you been doing?

I do this because I've only got about 45 min to work out.
Superset everything. 3 sets of 4 workouts.
Monday: Tris/Bis (Heavy/low rep tris, light/highrep bis)
Tuesday: Back
Wed: Chest/Shoulders
Thursday: Tris/Bis (Heavy/low rep bis, light/highrep tris)
Friday:Legs
Rest 1min between supersets.
It's been working well for me.
