I think the best way to develop big glutes doing compound movements is form. When I deadlift for example I start with very low hips which puts a lot of strain on my glutes

I dunno what the fuck you run or walk like, neither should bust your knees and if you are experiencing knee pain you should stop running until you can run agaon without pain

Godlike glutes come from walking / running / biking, proper stretching and thats about it. You can work glutes in a weight room but I don't recommend it as you'll be building anaerobic muscles where aerobic muscle fibers should dominate (below the waist)... really a lot of unnecessary work and will work against efficiency using the muscles to ambulate.

If you do a lot of squatting and your glutes are sagging its probably because your thick ass legs are too chunky to make moving around an attractive option so you just don't get enough walking around
