Ok guys I have a problem here
I've been on SS for 2.5 months and so far so good until now.
My squat went from 115 to 185
Bench from 95 to 125
OHP from 75 to 95
Diddly from 185 to 245
I've been able to make jumps in weight almost every, but right now the only thing that's progressing is my deadlift. Everything else has stalled and I don't know why. I'm not eating any less btw, still averaging 4500 kcl a day
Do I back up and make jumps from there or do I keep lifting the weight I'm at until I can handle it and then progress?
