What is /fit opinion on vitamin intake? Is pic related good or is fooducate just a shitty site?

I hate it when a 1 pound bag of broccoli says it has 0 percent vitamin A... then I look it up online and it turns out a pound of broccoli has a fuckload of vitamin A. And if you eat too much Vitamin A you will lose hair. Anyways, I found out I don't need to supplement vitamin A anymore since I eat broccoli a lot. Why are nutritional labels so inaccurate?
