eating during your workout?
My friend swears by eating carbs intra workout like fruit or energy bars. Does it work? I also don't want to look like an asshole nibbling on bananas in between sets

My stomach always cramps during a workout if I have food in it.
Useful when you bike in a race, and thats it. Its pointless to weightlifting, unless you really feel the urge to get some extra energy, but then i'd suggest to seek medical attention, there might be something wrong with you if you can't even withstand half an hour of a workout without extra carbs

Not a meme. Ive tried it while running and lifting. Lifting shouldnt drain your energy like running does, so for lifting its useless. But for running eating fast carbs for energy works, and it feels fucking great to suddenly get a rush of energy.

What are some good fast carbs for that? I've been even thinking about like candy or something like that, any healthier options tho?

I don't know if that's true. Kinda doubt it at this point.
