I have thin and dull hair. My hair is thin as shit and I want to fix it and have thick and shiny hair.

So these are the ingredients of the supplement :-
L-Lysine - 20 MG
Niacinamide - 50 MG
Calcium Pantothenate - 50 MG
Selenium - 50 MCG
Manganese - 5 MG
Zinc - 25 MG
Copper - 2 MG
Iron - 8 MG
Biotin - 10 MG
Di-Methionine - 40 MG
L-Cysteine - 5 MG
Is it any good?
I am also thinking of adding so fruits to my diet for vitamin A and C. What will be some good fruits~

My hair isn't getting thin. I used to use hair sprays and apparently my hair didn't respond well to it and before I could realize it my hair had already become thin as shit and cornor Murphy level.

I have stopped using those styling products which claim "All-day Mega-hold"
And my hair seems better now. Just wanted to know if this supplement would help.

You can alter the hair strand density in your scalp. You cannot make your individual hairs thicker.

I am fucking 18 years old and if that's true I might visit a doctor soon. Blading also runs in my family.
