For some reason, ibuprofen allows me to sleep when I otherwise wouldn't be able to. Gotta use it sparingly though as regular use can seriously damage your stomach.

i know that feel man, i try not to use sleeping pills all the time but i basically need soem kind of supplement to get me to bed. my latest one is super high dose valerian (8g of the shit). knocks me out like a benzo would

ZMA+Melatonin basically did nothing for me.
Generic Safeway sleeping pills. 200 count for $20 is a steal. 3 is enough and has remained enough to get me asleep every night, on time.

I turn off the computer 2 hours before bed. 1 hour before I want to fall asleep, I sit upright in bed and I go through a math textbook. Helps me fall asleep and I'm no longer bad at math.
