How does human digestion work, specifically in regards to suppliments?
If I want to suppliment each day with a multivitamin, fish oil, raw garlic, creatine and ashwagandha, is it okay to take everything with a meal in the morning?
I know zma is best taken at night for example.

some will counteract others, like caffeine vs creatine or zinc vs calcium. some give nausea if taken on empty stomach. so read up so you know which to take when.
