So I don't want to pay $100 USD for a "template" from Dr Mike Israelis website, but I've done my best to try make my own template using his methodology on min/max recovery volume, and doing high frequency for small body-parts and low frequency for big body parts.
Anyone here actually have one of his official templates? Am I anywhere close?
Pic very related; I have a strong chest/back/legs, I'm trying to bring up my arms, delts, traps, calves.

maybe a handful of people here know enough about programming to tell you how to set up a routine based around MEV, MAV, and MRV, most people on /fit/ think programming is a shopping list of exercises, sets, and reps
you would unironically be better off asking on r/weightroom or something, or asking /plg/ for input
maybe use some of israetel's suggestions for each bodypart as a base as well

Yeah I get most people here are 1st year lifters and bro-brahs, but I at least thought I'd try.
If you look at the excel image you'll see I'm already using (((Dr Mike Israels))) guide for each body-parts min/max recoverable volume.
The main thing I'm unsure about is if it matters where spread that volume out, and if I've done it decently in my current setup in OP pic.
