So I've been lifting without following a set program. I started trying to do Blaha's program of 8 exercises per session 3 times a week.
But last week I've been so busy and tired from missing sleep, I've had to cut short all my sessions last week.
Can i do say 4 lifts in a session 5/6 days a week? i feel it would fit my schedule better .
