How am I supposed to keep track of the calories/protein/carbohydrates that I should be eating?
How do I eat more?I just don't have the appetite
I plan on going to the gym in the morning, what should I eat before going and should I wait to digest or go right away?
I feel like the hardest part for me is going to be keeping track of my diet and eating more, could be wrong though

What I do to keep track of diet is a spreadsheet that is strictly adhered too. in the spreadsheet put your meal time (breakfast for example) then below that put the meal (+ portion size) and in the cells next to the meal put in the carb, protein, calorie and fat values. do this for your whole day. add up the carb, fat etc values at the bottom and there you go and then get percentages to make sure your macro's aren't totally off.
As for appetite I have to force myself to eat. with my oatmeal I never chew I always just take a small spoonful and swallow it whole with milk. frying with seasoning and spices helps too.

Myfitnesspal app, scan, measure, weigh everything out before putting it in your mouth

Just force yourself you lanky bitch, no pain no gain or as a last resort buy whey powder so you have liquid meals which are easier to swallow

Eat your breakfast with enough carbs (bread, oatmeal...) and a fruit, a coffee if you like it too as a preworkout
