But I've been getting on the elliptical every day to hopefully push off dieing for a few years. And in three months I've seen a huge improvement in my health, and my legs are tone as fuck now, even if they are still sitting under a huge stomach.
So the question is I'm thinking about starting to do some cardio and training for my arms as well, do those little five pound weights make a difference or are they a waist of money?
