Hey, /fit/. How do y'all get the blood flowing for your workout proper? I've been doing 2 sets of 5 minutes skip rope, 2 minute plank. I'm about dead by the end of it, so I'm curious what other people do.
Enjoy some tits for your trouble.

Plank isn't a warmup you fucking moron. Do jumping jacks for two minutes and flex your muscles.

Then I do a quick full body calisthenics and stretching routine.
Takes about 10 minutes.
15 minutes on elliptical then hamstring, quad and calf stretches on legs days.
15 minutes on elliptical for non leg days. No leg stretches.

Foam rolling, stretching, warmup with bar, lift

treadmill to get blood flowing, some dynamic stretches for hips/legs (even on upper body days), shoulder stretches, rotator cuff/shoulder warmup, then light weight warmup for whatever lift im doing

stretch followed by shoulder circles.

Oooh, I like the idea of hanging upside down! I'm gonna have to try that.

it's really good for your spine apparently. I enjoy it :)
I got "Teeter Hang Ups Gravity Boots, one pair " blue on amazon.
Just jump up on the rack and hang from the skinny bar. I have a 42" tv in my gym too so I just watch old ufc fight highlights while I'm hanging.
