Strong numbers bro, whats your lifts with that weight?

Also the FFMI gets more and more unaccurate the higher bf% u are. Most accurate at 10% n lower. Will show higher when bulking cuz of waterweight n stuff.

5'8" at 190 I think that's like a 24 FFMI at 15% bf. 18yo
