Squat 3x6
Bench Press 3x6
Barbell Row 3x6
Deadlift 1x6 or
Seated DB Press 2x8-12
Wide-grip Pulldowns 3x8-12
Abs/Calves Superset 3x10-15
Day 3 (Wed)
Squat 3x7
Bench Press 3x7
Barbell Row 3x7
Incline DB Press 2x8-12
Straight-Arm Pulldowns/Facepulls Superset 3x10-15
Barbell Curls/Skullcrushers Superset 3x8-12
Day 5 (Fri)
Squat 2x8 1xAMRAP
Bench Press 2x8 1xAMRAP
Barbell Row 2x8 1xAMRAP
Deadlift 2x6
Military Press 2x6
Close-grip Pulldowns 3x8-12
Abs/Calves Superset 3x10-15
The AMRAP as possible is gauge how much weight I need to increase/decrease the following week.
