I've been doing weighted dips for some time and thought it's a great exercise. But thanks to /fit/ I'm now scared to do them. Will they sooner or later ruin my shoulders?

No, I want to know if weighted dips are bad for my shoulders

Dips will ruin the shoulders the same way that squats will bust your knees, deadlifts will hurt your back and bench press will wreck your shoulders.
If you lift properly you'll be fine. But if you egolift and ignore form you're at a high risk of injury
brahhh why did you become a real life meme, you're going to end up like vag gains and snap your shit up with weighted dips lel.
the whole real dips are praised by pros is because of the chest pump, squeeeeeeze that shit on the low point of the dip, keep your tris in constant tension never straighten your arms out completely. do 10+ reps x3 a man's body weight is more than enough.
think about what you're doing and why you're doing it people. this isn't a squat or dedlift the extra weigh doesn't not really matter, it's the pump and tension.
