My hip rotators are fucked from years of sitting down and they're the worst of my lifts by far.

Honestly I hate and love squats.

They tire me out so much. I find them incredibly difficult compared to most any other lift I do, including diddly.

But the feeling of completing a set, of getting perfect form... Its all intensified because of how tiring and difficult I find it.

Once I complete my squats, its like getting a runner's high; you forget all the effort and pain you just went through and feel like the shit.
