I can try and give some advice that has helped me some... still not where I want to be, but making some improvements that are noticeable. I'll hit the high notes since I'll probably hit character limit if I go too in-depth.

1) Everyone always recommends kegels, but you very well may need reverse kegels. Think about this with me for a sec... Whenever you go about your day doing any random daily chores like putting up groceries, chopping vegetables, when driving (like speeding), or reaching to the shelf, picking things up off the floor, etc. = think about your pelvic floor area (basically your anus and the area up to behind your ballsack). When doing any of the above activities or other ones, consciously think of this area, and see if you're inadvertently contracting it. I found out that I've been inadvertently holding kegels and have an overly tight pelvic floor. Doing normal kegels would only make this worse. Reverse kegels are a great attempt to release tension.

This is a hard thing to understand. Look up reverse kegels to figure out a lot more in-depth about them and how to isolate them... you may need to isolate them first to even see if you can benefit form them.

Most people that even recommend doing these reverse, often neglect the "whole day" aspect - i.e. if you're tight/tense for the entire day, then a couple sets of reverse kegels won't do shit... you need to be consciously aware of what your pelvic floor is doing at all times, similar to how you are aware of your knee positioning during a squat (like them caving in, for example)

2. Couple that conscious relaxation/understanding of your pelvic floor during your daily activities with some easy butterfly stretches to the area.

3. Do some light, soft-tissue work on the area. Just pressing, rolling the skin all around there, etc.

4. Do deep belly-breathing and feel the breathes move down into your pelvic floor area. Feel, with every breathe, it push out the area.

5. Meditation

Try 10min. JUST focus on your breathing. Literally feel the breathing come into your body, feel the breathe moving down into your belly and into your pelvic floor, and feel it come back out. Just focus on that. Set a timer or something. It can be hard to get right, but if you seriously just focus on every breathe and feeling it into your body, you'll get into a good zone of relaxation.

After the meditation, try what I kind of term "sensory awareness"
