Is there something like that running couch to 5k program for pushups? I need to do around 70 perfect form pushups in under a minute but I feel like im stalling at 40 shity form reps
Iv just been increasing sets but it doesn't seem to help as much as i would like for reps

look up greasing the groove and 100 pushups
both work very well
3 sets till failure after you wake up, 5 days a week. It sucks, but the only solution is to do more.

sets of 10+ depending on how i feel for close to max reps once a week with other more normal chest exercises like bench (although with a focus on higher reps) another day of the week
