I'm 203lb and I have been losing since mid 2016 I started a 235lb. I used to do my fitness pal and stopped and now it's time to restart. Not because I am losing weight in fact I have been maintaining for around 4 months it's for the fact that I eat 690cal when I need to eat 1600. What should I do also /fit/ brethren?
