How to improve shoulder mobility?
I do foam rolling of my lats, and lacrosse ball on my anterior delts and pecs. I also do the cross arms stretch and grab your elbow over your head stretch.
I need some more stretches or exercises. One of my shoulders is kinda fucked up.

Do dynamic active stretches. You're most likely doing only static passive stretches, hence getting only passive static flexibility. Dynamic active flexibility is more noticeable in the day-to-day life. For example if you reach for your back pocket and your shoulder feels weird that's what you're lacking.

I started doing this for the posture, but it actually works really well for loosening up too.
