What routine is the best for escaping skeleton mode?

doesnt matter as long as you lift hard, intense and regularely. And if you eat like a normal person, you will look like a normal person, so never go to bed when you could still fit something into your stomach beforehand.

Do that for a month and when your numbers arent utter dogshit (95lb press, 225 dead, 135 fsquat ish) start adding more volume.
