I'm not looking for sympathy or anything like that. I just need advice on what I should do to recover tonight so my workout isn't fucked up tomorrow because of this.
Basically I was walking across a cross walk (in the right of way), and a car blindsided the left side of my body and I flew like 5 feet away from the car. I got up with a limp, now the area around my knee is swelling up and my left ass cheek is bruised.
I'm taking ZMA so I'm hoping that will help me recover by the morning, any other tips?

I'm a poorfag college student, I can't afford a doctor. It's not that bad I can still walk if I move my knee joint the wrong way it like pops but it doesn't hurt just feels weird.

Even with my shitty insurance I can barely afford, I'd have to get a lawyer and shit to get anything out of him he had to be like 18 it would a waste of time.
I'm just concerned with my workout tomorrow.
Squat 3x5
OHP 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Plus 3 other workouts of my choice.
