First time poster here
What's the ideal diet for great health, clean looking skin and hair and of course natural weight loss? Could you list all of the foods? I had a roommate in college who told me that this diet he came up with was the best for gains/health.
Breakfast:
One apple
One banana
Two eggs
Lunch:
Grillled chicken
Rice
Green vegetables (half of the plate is filled with green)
Post workout:
Blueberries
Apple
Almonds
Protein shake
Dinner:
Sam as lunch but with onions or tomatoes (vegetable variety)
Before bed:
Walnuts
Milk
He said this is the best diet for quick gains. I'm only interested in losing weight for now because my BMI is 30. What's the ideal diet?
Eat exclusively at Indian restaurants. If you don't lose weight then you must have one hell of an immune system.
