If you're going to cook them over high heat, just use a dry rub of brown sugar, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and whatever else you'd like to add. Either Grill them or broil them.

If you want to make them extra tender then cook them low and slow in the oven and your choice of barbecue sauce, or throw them in the Crock-Pot.

Actually the ATCTUAL reason is that I don't have my own belt yet and the belt in the gym is ever so slightly too big for me, so I wear to hoodie to get a bit of extra thickness. I pull the hood up because otherwise it gets in the way of the bar. It's an unfortunate situation to be sure.

I deadlift sumo because it feels good on my lower back, but my drive off the floor started going down when i stopped squatting for over a month. I thought im going to be fine if i will do just RDL's, rows and conv / sumo deadlifts.
Then after 1 squat session last thursday im still sore on quads and my hamstrings were cramping up like crazy.

So next month of training is dedicated to squats mostly.

Just as I predicted, and it's even not a medicine or biology journal, it's a chiropractic journal. It's also an article about muscle fibre ratios in animals for some reason, I guess you need to know these things if you're an animal chiropractor(?). All you've established here is that there are two types of muscle fibre.

Now, fibre type distribution is entirely genetic and completely irrelevant to caloric intake, both kinds of muscle fibre are built almost the same exact way. You can attempt to favour one over the other with low (~5) vs high reps (12 to infinity) but you will simply grow less mass if you do so, but in a very similar ratio. Your article (not even a study) doesn't actually mention which muscle fibre type costs more calories to maintain but I'll btfo you on this anyway because at least you tried a little bit.

For building muscle and prioritising one fibre over the other, I've heard enough reputable coaches and lifters say it's a stupid idea to the point where I really haven't cared to do research on it, however if you cared enough I'm sure you would do so yourself.

As for maintenance calories required to maintain muscle, it's common knowledge that all a doctor needs to predict your base metabolic rate is a body composition scan, which measures skeletal muscle, fat and lean mass, which implies that people with degrees in medicine operate under the assumption that both fibre types require the same exact amount of energy to maintain. I didn't find any studies confirming this, because I'd imagine the alternate hypothesis was thoroughly disproved before computers were a thing. I usually just watch something boring as fuck with flux maxed out for 1-2 hours before I go to sleep. Hearthstone streams and stand up recently, both don't have much going on visually so you just close your eyes and listen and next minute you're asleep. Anything that'll grab your focus without stimulating any real thought. Worst thing you can do is meditate or avoid distractions, then all you'll think about is sleep and you'll be fucked.
