Is alternate day fasting(AFD) A good way to lose weight fast? I want to lose 20lb-ish and then start bulking by December and look good by the time summer rolls around, I have no idea what my bf% is but if I had to guess about 20% height is 5'11 and I weigh 192lb. I've lost about 10lb since I started running but I want to lose it faster.
