skinny fat 180 cm 88 KG
got the muscles of a 10 year old girl
I want to reach about 60-65 KG low body fat somewhat muscled. "ottermode".
only thing I am afraid of concerning diet is that mismanaging it can put stress on certain organs. read something about the ratios between fat/protein etc can fuck up your liver.
I am currently looking at 2000 cal 10% protein. all I've worked out yet. anybody started with similar heigh/weight as me who can weigh in? what diet did you start out with and with what goal?

I think if you have no muscle, and are 88kg at 180cm (and I always assume the average /fit/izen inflates by 2-3cm), then you aren't skinny fat you are just fat. People who are much taller than you and built as fuck are in the 90kg territory.

well 180 is actually low, I was wearing sandals when the doctor meassured me, refused to take them off since I hadn't clipped my toes in months. the doctor meassured me at 182 cm
and I am absolutely not fat. when I wear clothes, people assume I am "heavily build" as in naturally muscled without any work for the "gains". though I am not, I am fat but look normal with clothes hence the "skinny fat". did I misunderstand this term? I look more like the guy on the left than the guy on the right atleast.
