>Eat 1500 Kcals of Peanut butter jelly toast
>Am sleepy as fuck and need to take a nap after 15 min.
>Remove the peanut butter and add TONS of jelly
>Thought it would give me an ever bigger crash since it's now 100% carbs
>Energy level through the roof , no crash at all .
>Try spooning jelly directly without bread
>Literally eat 300 g of sugar
>Not a single fucking problem
>Try eating peanut butter jelly toast again
>Crash still happen
When did you realize that fat hinder the absorption of sugar and call for more insulin ?
If I make my diet low fat ( still make sure to get all my fat soluble vitamin & EFA) my energy level is through the roof and I never experience the so called "low blood sugar"/"sugar crash" even when I eat 300+g of sugar in a short period of time .

>fats and carbs at the same time is bad for you
Holy fuck OP hold the fucking presses

But why does people blame sugar for the crash ?
It's directly caused by the fat , it create some sort of temporary insulin resistance ,it's literally beetus , without it even a shitton of sugar can be metabolized without too much insulin needed ( since there is no crash )
It's not fat as much as the type of fat, aka polyunsatured fats (omega 6) high in peanuts, most nuts and vegetal oil. It wouldn't happen with saturated fats like coconut oil and butter/ghee. It has nothing to do with hindering absorption of sugar, polyunsatured fats have the property of slowing down systemic metabolism, which is why animals gorge on nuts before winter as it will basically put them in sleep mode, and they get fatter doing so. Coconut oil actually increase metabolism, so you'd feel even more energized combining it with carbs/sugar.

This is total bullshit , I also get it when I binge on Icecream and it's like 60% sat fat 30% mono & maybe 10% poly since it's milk's fat .
