Hello /fit/izens I used to train daily for 4 hours a day but havent done anything for 2 months.....
I mainly did olympic weightlifting snatch, clean and jerk, squats and deadlifts.
So my question is can anyone recommend me a routine for muscle gain and fat loss?
No experience in fat loss.
