a 2 plate ohp is much harder than a 3 plate bench for 90%+ of people unless they don't train bench. Proportional is more like 100 kg strict press and 160 kg bench

I'm sort of there.

1.5, 2.5, 4.5, 6. 5' 11" and 193 lbs.

High frequency training for bench and squat. Did sheiko for a bit. Did Smolov Jr for squat. I'm doing nsuns 5/3/1 now and like it quite a bit. I feel like it will finally make my shitty bench go up.

going from 1->2 plate OHP is doubling the plates. Going from 4->5 plate squat is a more marginal increase
