Grill hgas B12 deficiency.
Just said that GP told her that Red top (skimmed) milk has more B12 in it than other milks.
I can't think why this would be. Surely by skimming fat off (thats the only difference right?) you'd reduce the amounts of any vitamins - if any real affect?
Perhaps she meant more B12 in relation to overall calories?

You could have used google to find your answer as it seems it's pretty well known that there is more b12 in skimmed milk.
That said you could read the labels on the milk and found out that way.
A colleague of mine had severe b12 deficiency and he drinks a 0.5l no sugar energy drink every day. Most of those are loaded with b12

b-12 is water soluble, meaning you find it in the aqueous part of milk. Taking the fat out leaves more room for the aqueous part, with all the b-12. It doesn't have "more" b-12, it just has less "not b12"
