How the fuck do you find out how many calories you need? Yes, I've read the sticky but I'm a fucking brainlet when it comes to health and fitness and I'm not sure enough in my own judgement when it comes to entering measurements.
I'm 6'1 with very little bodyfat (skelly mode) and I weigh around 125 pounds. I'm underweight and I'm sick of being a fucking string bean. All I know is that I generally need around 2000-2200+ calories a day. I'd be eating 3 meals a day, but what would I even eat to meet that standard?

I see your point about eating a lot, but wouldn't it be wiser to start tracking everything? Because then he can adjust his goals when he wants to in the future.
TDEE calculators are actually incredibly accurate if you enter your activity level in correctly.

Find your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), and like this anon said >>42821734, you can eat whatever you want. You seem really underweight, and this is the rare instance where a gallon of milk a day along with lifting could be unironically recommended
>>42823500 this anon also has a point, you don't wanna pack on a bunch of fat, so get your TDEE/BMR, lift, and drink that GOMAD
