You can still definitely have it every now and then if you plan your meals out, especially if you do IF. Pic related were the calories/macros from that plate so even if you're only eating 1500 cals a day its totally doable.

I had a rep test yesterday, had 2 big ass donuts a earlier in the day for preparation. It seemed to work because i blasted 365 x 9 on squat , almost got the 10th but was too gassed. GL OP you'll nail that shit mang
