I'm a hungry skeleton doing phrak's greyskull and as ive been doing it for a few months now im starting to get a little bored with it. i know im not ready to move on to a more advanced routine but its not as tiring as it was when i was starting out.
what are some good isolations i can add to my workouts (and at what frequency) and how to i know when i can move on from a beginner lp program.

Why you fucking newfags keeps posting this shitty routine?
This is mine.
For barbell excercises I only have (45, 30, etc) because I only keep track of what's on one side of the barbell. I don't see a point in putting down 105 for overhead press and then figuring out how much to put on each side
On a side note how are my lifts? I've been going for a month now. Super Manlet at 5'4 and weigh 167....
Hikacking this thread. Give me a good beginner routine that isn't SS.

The goal is 1/2/3/4 after a year at worst. So as long as you reach 1/2/3/4 before a year you're fine.

Your not special retard, just go on SS and come back in three-four months.
