Any advice for a gym noob looking to do some HIIT training on the sled?
Whats a good beginners routine and how would I progress?
I used the below progression for HIIT jump rope sessions. It's a good interval scheme.

Tabata protocol squats. Start with an empty bar. Its hard and you will not like it.

Are you using a sled or prowler? Do 40 yard dash suicides with a pl8 added each time. Or do high-low with 60% of weight for 10-12 sets with 45 secs rest. Check out juggernaut fitness they have a bunch of prowler medleys on their site.
