This infopic fairly worthless, it just says that your feet COULD BE REALLY FUCKED UP, but there is nothing directly stated that you can do for any of the many potential problems listed. The exercises are all super vague and not specifically targeted to the potential pain points listed.
Also, if your feet are misaligned, what are you supposed to do? Just willpower them back into place?
