Sooo.. i just found a few training things in my fathers old stuff. Since i dont know much about bodybuilding im just asking you guys for help. pic is the stuff i found. the weights are in kilo and the small shiny springs are quite strong the big ones arent. What workout routine would you guys recommend me?

That's way too little weight. You're better off with a bodyweight routine if you say there's no gym available.

The stuff you have there isn't enough to do a proper workout with. You have three options;
1. Join a Gym.
2. Buy heavier weights, a weight bench and squat rack.
3. Skip weight training altogether and do a callisthenics routine.
