Hang with your arms, and try to relax your midsection. Hang there for 30s-2min, You can try to wiggle your back in diffrent direction as you hang. Then ay down for 30 minutes, let your back relax. Then go for a walk to get the blood flowing and do some stretching after the walk.
Dont do any stretches that hurts too much, do very light stretches.

Just look up active recovery, eat at a caloric surpluss and sleep a lot. dont sitt around all day, but do light movement.
