Has anyone here had luck fixing this shit through exercising? I've been doing a lot of leg extensions and thigh abductor excercises (youtube advice) but it hasn't seemed to help yet.

Try focusing on abductor muscles and vastus lateralis. It looks like your vastus medialis is far more developed than lateralis.

i feel your pain. from what ive read, you should do inner thigh stretches, then focus on strengthening abductors.
It's not only your knees being bowed inward, but a rotation of your femur that causes it.
t. man who suffers from severe knock knees and never fixed them.
