I've read a good few logs now just want to hear all your experiences on the following

>ostarine-Herd this is good for healing and recomp.
>lgd-builds muscle and strength but supposed to be surpressive to the point that you may as well use a low dose of test,

>andarine-has same muscle building affects as anavar increases endurance burns fat.

My main reason for wanting to use these is that I o oh want a tiny boost in helping me recomp and recover my muscle from training and working on a building site.

At the moment I've jumped on the Texas method and I'll be back to boxing circuits 3x a week.

What sort of effects would I see combining them ?
They seem to be the best as the rest are surpressive and you may as well just use a low dose of test.
