So, /fit/izens, lets get to it
My workout consists of:
>Leg Extension 5x5
>Bench Press 5x5
>Bicep Curl 5x5
>Lat Pulldown 5x5
>Incline BP 5x5
>Chest Dip 5x5
>Hanging Leg Raises 5x5
and I do Decline instead of Incline every second workout.
I'm pretty aware it's shit, so I want to change it. The catch is - my doctor told me that Squats, OHP, Barbell Row, Deadlift, pretty much everything that puts weight on the spine is off-limits for me. What do I do, /fit/? Will you help me make it?

>What do I do
have you tried doing those forbidden exercises? My doctor told me i can't lift weight at all. Im not doing exercises that trigger my spine (squat and deadlift). I got no problems while doing ohp, sometimes i feel pain while doing bb row, sometimes i don't. If there's too much pain i switch to hammer or something else.

this is gonna get you minimal gains, just go on a program made by someone experienced ffs.

For one you have nearly zero shoulder work. Do seated dumbell OHP. Also ditch the leg curls and do leg press instead

yeah I did those, couldn't walk for a few days, pain in lower spine
