So today i bought a 20 kg plate
and did 200 consecutive reps benching it before i reached failre
(lying in bed taking each end of the disk)
will doing this everyday make me stronger or im just wasting my time and i should just buy the entire bench equipment ?

Maybe a little bit. This will probably be better for stamina than anything else. Progressive overload is what you want for Mass+strength

Buy a gym membership for fuck sakes.

Your level of idiocy perplexes me
forgot to say, the reason i got 200 reps on benching a 20 kg plate is due all the years doing push ups and dips
>>42808057
im noob bro, no idea about anything besides push ups
>>42808051
thanks, and what if i do it very fast ? still stamina bro ?
>>42808057
okay..
Why not do 200 pushups instead, its heavier and works more muscles. Put the plate on your back and do 5 sets of 40.
>>42808069
Fast would probably still be for stamina. Might burn fat a bit faster. Do what the other anon said and do push-ups with it on your back. That'll get chest gainz
>>42808079
actually in push ups my numbers are somewhat 150-170 in a row fresh
so my body is actually heavier than this plate (im 160 lbs)
anyways the idea of putting it on my back is great, i didnt think about it ! thanks anon
>>42808079
This. You can also raise your feet to simulate an incline to make it even harder.
>>42808088
yes imma do it !
>>42808069
why do people first buy things and ask for request after?
they buy all kind of supplements and devices and after that they ask what they are good for
I will never understand.

first world problems

It is easier to prep for training than to start training .
>>42808137
can't understand why people have no willingnes to inform themselves.
buy new smartphone - ask for advisor
start training - ask for trainer
buy new computer - ask for advisor
Just follow a program and do it properly, these things have been worked out for a reason. Don't try and reinvent the wheel. This is just noncommittal bullshit, trying to feel good about exercising without actually having to commit to a serious program that'll get you somewhere, and giving you an excuse to quit when this nonsense inevitably gets you nowhere. Do it properly.

It's that spur of the moment "You know what? Time to get my shit together. Time to better myself as a person. Time to MAKE AN IMPULSE PURCHASE!"
