So today i bought a 20 kg plate and did 200 consecutive reps

So today i bought a 20 kg plate

and did 200 consecutive reps benching it before i reached failre

(lying in bed taking each end of the disk)

will doing this everyday make me stronger or im just wasting my time and i should just buy the entire bench equipment ?

Maybe a little bit. This will probably be better for stamina than anything else. Progressive overload is what you want for Mass+strength

Why not do 200 pushups instead, its heavier and works more muscles. Put the plate on your back and do 5 sets of 40.

Fast would probably still be for stamina. Might burn fat a bit faster. Do what the other anon said and do push-ups with it on your back. That'll get chest gainz

actually in push ups my numbers are somewhat 150-170 in a row fresh

so my body is actually heavier than this plate (im 160 lbs)

anyways the idea of putting it on my back is great, i didnt think about it ! thanks anon

Just follow a program and do it properly, these things have been worked out for a reason. Don't try and reinvent the wheel. This is just noncommittal bullshit, trying to feel good about exercising without actually having to commit to a serious program that'll get you somewhere, and giving you an excuse to quit when this nonsense inevitably gets you nowhere. Do it properly.
