Anyone have tendon injuries? How did recovery go?

Fucked up my left arm. forearm hurts when facing palm-up. Shoulder aches just hanging by my side. Think part of it was failing to differentiate between muscle soreness and tendon pain. Didn't note it till taking a few days vacation without lifting. Feels likes its barely improved in three fucking weeks and I'm going nuts.

See a good sports physical therapist. Loading isometrically and eccentrically can help you recover from tendonopathys while staying out of the pain range. Also stretching
